DETROIT (AP) -- Prince Fielder bounced a tiebreaking single off Jared Burton's glove in the eighth inning, leading the Detroit Tigers to a 7-6 come-from-behind victory over the Minnesota Twins on Thursday night.

Omar Infante started the inning with a single and was bunted to second by Torii Hunter. Ron Gardenhire then ordered Miguel Cabrera intentionally walked, but Fielder foiled the plan with a grounder that Burton (0-2) deflected past second baseman Brian Dozier.

Ray Lewis went out on top... Now he wants to climb to the top.

The 38-year-old former linebacker/noted maniac announced on his Twitter that he plans on climbing to the top Mount Kilimanjaro next month.

Maybe he was inspired by Yuichiro Miura, the 80-year-old Japanese mountaineer, who became the oldest man to reach the top of the world’s tallest mountain on Thursday.

How does he plan to do it? For the rest of the story, click here.

Matthew Huntington gets the instant internet fame of the FOXSportsOhio.com Comment of the Day. He sounded off on Sam Amico's article on Chris Grant and the #1 pick in the draft:

Not signing free agents when they wouldn't help the team make the championship IS being successful. Think of how many teams have ruined their future by signing free agents for too much and too early.

Trading Hickson for Casspi is a wash. Trading Hickson for Casspi and what will likely be a pick in the 10-14 range is certainly not a wash.

I don't know how he does it, but I certainly have faith in him.
